CHT-MARS is a high-temperature, 30 V P-channel small-signal MOSFET designed for operation from −55°C to +225°C.
Available in a TO-18 metal can package or as Potential Good Die, it features a gate-source operating range of 0 V to −5 V and a gate leakage of 0.4 µA at 225°C.
