EARTH is a family of high-temperature, 80 V N-channel power MOSFETs. The CHT-NMOS8005 and CHT-NMOS8010 devices are rated up to 5 A and 10 A, respectively.
The family operates from −55°C to +225°C. Compare device-specific drain-current and on-resistance values below, then select a TO-254 or Potential Good Die ordering option.
