CMT-TIT8244 1700 V SiC MOSFET Gate Driver
CMT-TIT8244 is a half-bridge gate-driver board optimized for 62 mm SiC MOSFET power modules. It is designed for 1700 V / 300 A SiC MOSFET modules in the 62 mm format.
Based on CISSOID's HADES chipset, the board combines isolated gate drive with undervoltage lockout, active Miller clamping, desaturation detection and soft shutdown. It supports operation from −40°C to +125°C ambient.
