CMT-OPA Quad Operational Amplifier
CMT-OPA integrates four general-purpose operational amplifiers for operation from −55°C to +175°C. It supports single or symmetrical supplies with a total supply span of 4.5 to 20 V.
The device is available in a plastic SOIC16 package. The listed supply current covers all four amplifiers.
