CMT-74132 Quad Schmitt-Trigger NAND Gate

CMT-74132 contains four independent 2-input NAND gates with Schmitt-trigger inputs for high-temperature, high-reliability digital designs. It operates over a junction-temperature range of −55°C to +175°C.

The device supports 3.3 to 5 V (±10%) supplies and is available in a plastic SOIC16 package. Schmitt-trigger inputs provide hysteresis for slowly changing signals. Each gate produces a low output only when both inputs are high.
