CMT-7404 Hex Inverter
CMT-7404 contains six independent inverters for high-temperature, high-reliability digital designs. It operates over a junction-temperature range of −55°C to +175°C.
The device supports 3.3 to 5 V (±10%) supplies and is available in a plastic SOIC16 package. Each inverter produces the logical complement of its input.
