CHT-OPA Quad Operational Amplifier
CHT-OPA integrates four general-purpose operational amplifiers for operation from −55°C to +225°C. It supports single or symmetrical supplies with a total supply span of 4.5 to 20 V.
Available formats include ceramic DIL14, ceramic SOIC16 and known good die. The listed supply current covers all four amplifiers.
