ATLAS Dual-Channel Power Transistor Driver

CHT-ATLAS provides two independent push-pull driver channels for SiC, GaN and silicon power transistors, including normally-on and normally-off devices.

Each channel can source and sink 2 A. The channels can be combined to drive one power switch, including devices requiring both a turn-on current pulse and sustained drive current. Soft shutdown supports controlled turn-off during a fault.
